Heavy material usually requires stronger shafts, closer roller spacing, and a pulley with enough shell strength. Outdoor lines also need better sealing because rain and dust can enter the bearing area. When idlers and pulleys match the real working material, the conveyor runs with less noise and fewer belt tracking problems. Before ordering, it is useful to check the material size, moisture, belt width, running speed, and working hours. These details make the final selection more practical.
