Description

A magnetic pulley belt conveyor uses a drum-style pulley at the conveyor end to guide the belt and help keep bulk materials moving in a controlled line. It is used on long belt systems where the pulley must hold belt tension, accept repeated starting loads, and keep the belt running on a clear path. The pulley body, shaft, bearing seat, and surface lagging work together, so the belt does not slip easily when the line is carrying stone, coal, ore, grain, or mixed materials.

For daily plant use, a magnetic pulley belt conveyor should run with low vibration and simple maintenance. The shell needs clean welding, the shaft ends should match the frame, and the bearing area should be easy to inspect. When rubber or ceramic lagging is added, this product can get better grip in dusty or wet places. The size can be made to match belt width, speed, and the space at the conveyor head or transfer point.
