This inclined belt conveyor features 6-foot discharge elevation. The discharge end is fitted with heavy-duty permanent magnetic head pulley adopting high-strength NdFeB or ferrite magnetic circuit. As bulk material flows over the magnetic drum, ferrous fragments, iron nails and steel scraps get trapped by magnetic force, then automatically detached at non-magnetic zone for separate collection without extra auxiliary separator equipment.
The main frame adopts robust Q235 welded steel construction. It is compatible with wear-resistant rubber conveyor belt; adjustable incline angle and material throughput. Magnetic field intensity can be configured according to impurity particle size.
