This series of belt conveyor idler rollers adopts high-strength carbon steel tube as roller shell, fitted with precision sealed bearing and labyrinth double-layer sealing structure, reaching IP55 dust-proof and water-proof grade. It can steadily work under ambient temperature ranging from -40℃ to 90℃. Surface treatments include anti-rust spray painting, original black steel finish, rubber coating and nylon cladding to adapt to different corrosive and abrasive working conditions. Compatible with TD75, DTII, DTII(A), corrugated large-angle and DY mobile belt conveyor series. Roller diameter, shaft size and roller length can be customized according to belt width and on-site working condition.
